Option 1: The quickest way to us is to take a spectacular helicopter ride across the stunning Coromandel Peninsula, then skirt the 900 metre Mount Moehau before dropping into the Tangiaro valley and
landing at the Kiwi Retreat.
Option 2: Hop on the Coromandel Ferry http://360discovery.co.nz at Auckland CBD for a relaxing just under 2 hour boat trip past islands in the Hauraki Gulf. We can either arrange rental car or a shuttle to get you up here.
Option 3
Alternatively, you can take a light aircraft across the islands of the Hauraki Gulf and into Coromandel Town. From there, unwind with views of lush farmland and native bush on your drive via empty country roads to Tangiaro Kiwi Retreat.
Option 4
Take your time and enjoy an interesting 4 hour drive by car, taking in the broad Hauraki Plains, picturesque Thames Coast road, and then the loose gravel road through the remote bush and farmland of the upper Coromandel Peninsula.
Whichever option you prefer, we're happy to assist you in arranging your transport. By prior arrangement, we'll be glad to pick you up in Coromandel Town.
